Dad owned and operated Chuck and Peg's Spudnuts  on 1st and Pike in downtown Seattle and Spudnut Shoppe out by Northgate Shopping Center during the 60's and 70's.  When we retired from our 9-5'ers in 2006 we needed to do something with our time of day. We sat around the dining table and went over all the things we've done and asked ourselves what we enjoyed most in life and would like to do for fun. Well, it was unanimous. Those sweet treats and the aroma of warm Spudnuts in the morning when we were growing up just lingers in the soul. We sighed, aaahhhh yes, and then with business planning and recipe revival here we are. Thanks Dad for all your help!!!
